Mr. Harry Bristman reports
The chairman and the president of the company have returned from a new
project feasibility and evaluation visit to Israel last week. As a
consequence of the visit, the company has now commenced a period of
negotiation related to the acquisition of a controlling interest in a
medical technology company.
The directors have requested an immediate halt in trading until completion
of discussions and signing of an agreement.
The company's planned entry into the high-tech medical technology field in
no way affects its continuing interest in its mining concessions in the
Democratic Republic of Congo.
