Total Entertainment Inc. has to deliver on the faith, trust and money that shareholders have given over the last few years. I know it takes time to get a company going but, enough is enough, get your act together. When you put this company out to trade as a public company you enter into a trust agreement with your shareholders. It?s time for TTLN to start to live up to that trust agreement.

If you really have news, release it!
If you really have a detailed long term plan, then produce it!
If the company really has real growth, then show it!
If the company has a good deal? then sign it!

I understand the 4th quarter and year-end numbers will be released in the third or forth week in March. The presentation of these reports must be detailed and clear and not obscured in some footnotes.

If the only way you can get this company moving is to cancel or reduce the huge number of unjustified options shares that you have issued to yourselves (0.15 to 0.1875 cents options on 80 million shares until 2006), then do it.

If you are not willing to cancel or reduce the huge number of unjustified options shares that you have issued to yourselves then do the back split that we all know will be necessary to get this company moving, then do it!

The B.S. in your company is getting very thick, and has been hanging around for a long time. So, what are you going to do about it? It?s time, it?s your move, do something!
