Fact is, late to market and no product anyway!

ITES/Net2wireless are already late to market and they have no product/service to offer. They've got an untested and unnproven idea and that's why Hemi Davidson couldn't get financing for over a year. When he did get financing he got it from some guys who had just run their share price from over $57 a share to less than $2 a share.

Not exactly a strong background if you ask me. Further, these guys from Utah have no idea about technology, their track record proves it.

But Sensar was supposed to close the deal today, and all we hear is silence. I think Sensar may just be OUT of the deal!

We'll find out soon enough. In the meantime, this is one risky stock, downside to 25 cents and basically no upside. Why?

Because even if their instant messaging and video compression worked as touted/hyped, no one needs it anymore. Any company that matters already has compression and messaging or they've struck a deal to get it. Check out the announcements from New Orleans out of the Wireless 2000 Conference. Everyone is hooked up, and there are slim pickens for everyone else!

Yes, ITES and Net2Wireless are late to the party and fogot to bring any booze. Sensar is probably just out of the deal!
