HONG KONG, Feb 29 (Reuters) - Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd (PCCW) said on Tuesday it had signed a deal to acquire control of Cable & Wireless HKT from Britain's Cable & Wireless Plc. PCCW chairman Richard Li told reporters that PCCW had not considered any layoffs at C&W HKT at the moment.
