There is no way that EDIG is going to get $30 per player.

Even the most optimistic figure touted by EDIG bulls so far is $10 per player.

I think that the true figure in volume will be closer to $2 per player.

Nobody can afford to sell players that have a $30 licensing cost. The competition will just price their product $28 cheaper (multiply by 2, by the time it goes through the supply chain, though, so $56 cheaper at retail...) and avoid the licensing cost by writing their own software or licensing at a lower cost.

Oh, I see, LOL - you are being even more outrageous than I thought! I see that you are assuming a $30 licensing revenue per PC that Compaq sells! You have got to be joking! First of all, EDIG's software isn't meant for a PC platform. Second, there is NO WAY that Compaq is going to add a $30 licensing cost of their PCs. NO WAY IN HELL!

You are dreaming with regard to revenue potential.

I'd like to know where to get some of what you've been smoking, though.
