Tomorrow should be a busy day for WIND. At 8:00 am PST, they have a conference call to discuss today's acquisition of Embedded Support Tools Corporation (EST had filed for an IPO, but decided to be acquired by WIND instead). At 2:30 CST, they have a conference call to discuss the following: the Evolution of the Era of Embedded Software and Smart, Connected Devices the Integration of ISI, DIAB-SDS, Dr Design, and Take 5 Products into a new, stronger Wind River and the Unveiling of Innovative New Embedded Technology from Wind River Embedded systems conference is going on this week in Chicago; at the conference call following completion of the ISI acquisition, CEO Jerry Fiddler said they were "chomping at the bit" to tell the world what they are up to, but that they had to wait until Feb 29. IMO, the time to buy this future gorilla is now.
