Hi kmax.

Regarding the latest financing (I assume that's what you refer to when you ask about the warrants), it's nothing out of the ordinary. The insiders pump some "working capital" into the company in exchange for a few more shares. Some may complain about the (now relatively cheap) price, but in all fairness, who else would have put a half million dollars into the company when it was trading as low as 9½ just 60 days ago (Dec. 24th).

The property? As far as I can tell, it's likely a copper/gold mix, but we need much more info for an accurate assessment.

As for getting even? Me too, at todays closing price I am just a tiny bit better than half way to even. It's got to get above $0.80 for me to be back on the plus side of things.

Yugo? Haven't heard anything formally from the company but check back on my last few posts here (Reuter's news articles) and you'll get the flavor of what is going on in that part of the world. Personally, the Yugo boron deposit still holds the greatest attraction for me, but I don't realistically expect any progress on that front for at least another year, more likely two. Progress sooner than that would be a very welcome surprise. We'll see what management has to say at the next AGM -- June??
