Captain, I agree it should have moved better... on that info today, but it did a heck of a lot better than SCH & DIR did today in the face of a dismal Nasdaq most of the day. Secondly, institutional sells at 23 most of the day kept it capped. Investors are also jittery about the DOW, Nasdaq & S&P tenuous markets. All in all, I think it performed admirably today & hope for improvement when the markets improve overall.
