Harold & Everyone,

I just heard back from Rick Nelson at the law firm in San Diego. PRLN is being sued for misrepresentation and misstatement of financial details. The suit is currently only open to share holders that bought stock between Oct 1996 and Dec 1996 but may be expanded. If you want to be kept on their mailing list, give them a call. I say we get them to expand the window and bury Rhodes in a hole so deep he'll need a leg up from the devil himself to get out!
