This is probably not the best analogy. Hawaii has a couple of 13,000 foot peaks which are quite frequently skiable this time of year. Perhaps you meant the island of Oahu? Scumbria, Wherever snow is a rare commodity. BTW have you skied Hawaii? The tallest mt is 10000 ft (according to a quick search on Yahoo....would not want you to think I had this fact at the tip of my tongue) and that's not very tall in terms of snow when you are located somewhere between the Tropic of Cancer and the Equator. Or is this another one of your word games...... ted
