Andre, I do not mean to speak for sydney but my research shows that PCCLF BOUGHT Cable & Wireless HKT from its majority shareholder Cable & Wireless PLC of Britian, which held a 54% stake. The expected range of the buy is expected to be 35 Billion dollars. I've just started my research with this company, so I do not know much more than this and what is posted here on SI. Rick
