Jorj: A mortgage broker friend indicated they have a popular product where people take advantage to borrow and defer payment of interest. Forgot all the details but he indicated its a popular product and is being used to take equity out of the house and invest in the market. Sounds like a little speculation here but I'm sure this is not the J6P doing this.
