Company Press Release

TSIG.com Partners with We Media and United Cerebral Palsy to Market myMusicCards, myPhotoCards, and Telecom Equipment

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2000-- TeleServices Internet Group Inc. (OTCBB:TSIG - news),
known as TSIG.com, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with We Media to jointly market and sell myMusicCards, myPhotoCards, and assistive telecom technology and equipment to the estimated 54 million Americans with disabilities, their families and friends. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of cards will benefit United Cerebral Palsy Associations (UCP).

UCP is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to advancing the independence and productivity of people with disabilities and their families, preventing cerebral palsy (``CP'), and improving the quality of life for those with CP and related developmental disorders.

We Media is the first and only multimedia company dedicated to serving the American disability community, with its estimated $1 trillion of purchasing power. Of the 54 million disabled Americans, 73% are heads-of-household, 58% own their own homes, and 46% are married.

Under the agreement TSIG.com will be the premiere provider to We Media of music and video products (CDs, cassettes,
DVDs, VHS-format tapes, books-on-tape and similar entertainment products), as well as film and film processing, and specific assistive telecom technology and equipment. The parties have also agreed to work together to create various private-labelled online properties, such as myMusicCard and myPhotoCard sites.

``By joining forces with We Media and United Cerebral Palsy, TSIG.com gains the opportunity to offer its full line of music, film and telephony products to the community of Americans with disabilities,' commented Robert Gordon, chairman of TSIG.com. ``Through the Internet, the disability community can finally obtain full access to the goods and services the rest of us take for granted, and TSIG.com is proud to play a part in helping make this possible.'

About We Media

Co-founded in 1997 by Jerome Belson and Cary Fields, We Media Inc. is the first and only multimedia company designed
specifically for the estimated 54 million Americans with disabilities, their family, and friends. Belson and Fields launched We Media with WE magazine, a glossy consumer lifestyle publication. Today, WE magazine enjoys a wide circulation and has won accolades for its top-flight editorial content. WE magazine officially debuted www.wemagazine.com in 1998. It provides education, entertainment, shopping, chat rooms, and other services never before presented, in an organized, accessible fashion.

Building on its success with WE magazine and www.wemagazine.com, We Media Inc. launched www.wemedia.com, a one-stop, full-service, integrated online community dedicated to people with disabilities. We Media believes that the Internet is the ultimate prosthetic, a tool that can open the door for a population that has been under-served and largely ignored. We Media now provides the disability community with access to education, employment, entertainment, travel, financial, and other information resources that much of the ``non-disabled community' has taken for granted. With this Web site, We Media is utilizing every facet of the media in order to bring goods, services, and a sense of community to all people with disabilities, their family, and friends.

We Media recognizes that people with disabilities have the same desires for products and services as the general population. We Media has developed innovative, unique online community and e-commerce features to empower people with disabilities with greater choice and freedom when purchasing goods and services. Although the community of people with disabilities has over $1 trillion in purchasing power, until now there has been no single resource that could fulfill all of their needs. For the first time, at www.wemedia.com, a home-bound individual can visit the grocery store, stop at the bank, pick up a new shirt, and
order a new battery for his or her wheelchair, all in one location, with the click of a mouse. The population of people with disabilities has been pushed to the fringes of society for far too long. We Media is determined to empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest extent.

About United Cerebral Palsy Associations

United Cerebral Palsy Associations (UCP) is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated for more than 50 years to advancing the independence and productivity of children and adults with disabilities and their families. Over their long history, they have been involved in finding ways to prevent cerebral palsy (CP), and improving the quality of life for people with cerebral palsy and other related developmental disorders through medical research and public and professional education.

UCP is a national network of approximately 150 affiliates in 43 states, and is the largest health charity in the United States and the sixth largest non-profit, expending over $600 million annually on programs and services. Each day UCP affiliates serve more than 30,000 children and adults with disabilities, and their families, through programs such as therapy, technology training, early intervention, individual and family support, social and recreation programs, community living, and employment assistance and advocacy. Approximately 85 cents of every donated dollar goes to programs and services, making UCP one of America's
most financially responsible charities.
