INFOWAVE AND PIVOTAL SIGN MARKETING ALLIANCE AGREEMENT
Infowave demonstrates wireless eBRM at CTIA Wireless 2000 Tradeshow

New Orleans, LA, February 29, 2000 - Infowave Software, Inc. (TSE:IW) today
announced at the CTIA Wireless 2000 tradeshow that it has entered into a
marketing alliance agreement with Pivotal Corporation (NASDAQ:PVTL). Pivotal
is a leading provider of business-to-business solutions for eBusiness
Relationship Management (eBRM). The agreement outlines joint sales,
marketing and licensing initiatives to be undertaken by the companies to
support the wireless extension of Pivotal's award-winning Pivotal
eRelationship 2000 product suite.

Infowave will be demonstrating the eBRM wireless solution at their booth,
#7122. Infowave will also be showing its products at the Microsoft Partner
Pavilion, #2765, the Nokia Partner Pavilion #3315, and the WAP Forum booth,
#3769. Infowave partners are demonstrating Infowave products at the Glenayre
Booth #4747 and the Sierra Wireless Booth #2465.
