Tony,

Just wanted to give you a quick heads up that the earnings are going
to come out today or tomorrow. Plus I have determined from a reliable
source at the company that there has been a lot of misinformation being
spread about the company here & on AOL. This person adamantly denied
that there has been any private financings other than those already
disclosed in the 10KSB, and said that none are planned. Furthermore,
the employee stock options have not been repriced yet and this person
had not heard of any plans to do so.

Felt bad that I may have been caught up in these rumors, misinformation,
etc. and just wanted to clear the air.

The stock is still not out of the woods yet, with about $2.6 mm of bonds
still yet to be converted, but to me this is a manageable problem and
should be able to be overcome by the good news that is about to come
out combined with: 1) the issuance of the 10QSB on 5/15 wherein it would
be officially confirmed that no additional financing has occurred, and
2) the hype about to come out from CRG.

I have learned my lesson and from now on I will not react to statements
about company actions that are made here in cyberspace without first
checking with the company.

Now, the tough part is deciding how to play this from here. One thought is
that the stock is so undervalued that you have the luxury of being able
to wait until it shows some strength before jumping in, and you will
still catch a lot of the rebound. But the rebound could be pretty
explosive.
