Hard to give a singular answer to this. It's the combination of watching the large block trades, understanding the normal trading pattern of the stock from having followed it for so long, having friends that may or may not know of certain institutional trading patterns in the stock, etc... It's really an art not a science!!! But with no concrete decision points!
