Interesting article in Upside Today on Tuesday.

The gist of it is "good story, but can they execute in competition with strong movers like Akamai?". They do correctly note that much of AKAM's service uses the public internet for transmissions, while ISLD uses an all private network. That may become more of an advantage as the hackers and DoS issues enter corporate consciousness.
