If Russia really has huge amounts of oil awaiting potential export, and if the Russian ecomony has been hurt by (among many other things) low oil prices, might there not be a recovery in Russia accompanying high oil prices? And might Templeton Russia Fund (TRF) be a way to play it?

Just an idea that crossed my mind this morning and since most of my ideas are not very good I wondered what was wrong with this one. I don't own any TRF, but it was a lot higher 2-3 years ago.
