Re: FBI/CIA - it looks like good old-fashioned stock promotion and
it's been going on at VSE for years. These guys may just be catching
on that when they BUY all the insiders/promoters are SELLING.

There's always new suckers coming along for each new scam so I don't
think they've uncovered anything. They should all go to George
Chelikis HOTSTOCKS site and read his essays on how Speculation and
Manipulation works. George is a scoundrel but he has some pretty
good essays.
