w molloy: No specific point but investing in a profitable opportunity: Within my portfolio [, which is based on the risk/reward, my degree of risk aversion, and my resources for speculative investment,] IDC offers a good opportunity (probability) for making significant profit, hence, its inclusion in my portfolio. By investing in both QCOM & IDC, but not in equal proportion, I am not putting all of my eggs in one basket. I have done the same thing with TERN & CMTO, etc...
By the way, I do enjoy reading & I do benefit from the posts by serious people (including yourself, Darrell, Bill..)here or on QCOM's thread. It is wonderful to be able to read & think about all of the valid points that you & others raise. It is enriching beyond belief for me. My sincere thanks & respect goes to you & others.
