It looks like OEI has a shot at closing above $10... if it closes at, say $10 1/8, we may have a relativley quick shot at $11... OEI has seen this chart pattern in the past and it ran on to $11 3/4 (I think we are in a similar situation to 7/28 last year - from a technical perspective).

Do you engage in any technical analysis? What do you think of OEI's chart?
