RBC is one of the underwriters of the WV financing and yet is selling BVG.? Holding price down to collect more WV under deal price of 11.00? Maybe they are selling out WV warrants in BVG to collect more capital? If they are going short BVG they will have to cover at some point. Anyway you look at it the 50% discount presents as attractive buying situation. JMHO. Once WV is established I have no doubt they will move to the NAS. This company is definitely going after a big market in a big way. Lynx
