That is more terrible than the failure of the White House to act when it was determined that the Chinese were developing advanced missile technology suspiciously ahead of the curve, and therefore that there was a likely leak from the labs. We pretty much handed them the computer technology that permitted the enhanced launch capability, in defiance of existing protocols for the export of defense- sensitive technology. That is one of the reasons that the various routes by which Chinese money came into the Clinton campaign has been of such interest, especially the money originating from the Chinese Army........
