Steve you may be right. By MMs I meant large Institutions holding the stock. I called Alsace. They said that " they are owned in part by Alcatel but that the ownership is convoluted ". I appreciate your insights on ALA. I agree that the market is still digesting. FWIW, I don't think there's anything unusual going on...ALA never just pops in my experience, hence the lower volatility premiums generally present in the options.
