Actually, that's the way it was for Jill in 96 and 97, and Jill and me in 98 and 99. Easily 70 hours per week each. With Customer Support taking on first tier duties for SI, and the addition of SI Admin (Jeff), I've found I'm actually looking forward to Fridays these days. I only spent about 3-4 hours on the site this past weekend. Felt weird. In a wonderful way. Bob
