I like the valuation divergence gap between PGO & VTS here Bull

PGO & VTS have tracked pretty closely of late - both topping in mid -low $20's on prior rallies. The ususally have tracked real closely from $15-$20ish on prior cycle legs.

PGO's bottom was $3+ higher than VTS's and now we have a $4 gap - I like PGO here to close that gap and on a longterm basis - PGO & FPSO's !- if/when the GOM opens up - PGO will reap the benefits...
