HOFF NR lots of upside for these laggards ? NR is in the land drilling serivce sweetspot - surprised it's not $8's here, HOFF bit later in shallow water - but terribly cheap here imho... Anyone seeing any other nice laggards in service they like ? TMAR GMRK not moving at all - small cap boats may be the only thing that shows life later than FGH (VBG) ?
