I hate to admit this but I like him too, It's not just a coincidence that AMD is the only company that has been able to last (although at times barely) in competition with Intel for x86 market share and although Jerry has some bad qualities some of that credit has to go to him. I just think he has a big mouth and it gets him into trouble. I hope you're right about him being restrained from the public statements he would like to make. He seems to have been doing a good job keeping quiet until now but I think that has more to do with the shareholder lawsuits than the Motorola deal. (Although I would not doubt that Hector made certain demands for assurances in regards to his and Jerry's working relationship.) In any event I hope that he continues to keep his mouth shut but maintains his zeal behind the scenes.
