I would like to inform you all of something:

In the coming weeks you will be hearing of an announcement of a $5 million class action law suit against CD NOW by dissatisfied consumers.
Apparently there has been an on going investigation in to CD NOW's return procedures. Customers are urged to return there CD's to the company wherehouse if they are not happy with their purchase. However once returned the customer is not credited their initial purchase and does not ever hear from CD NOW's return department. The company claims no responsibility for lost or stolen return parcels.
The investigation reveals theft by wherehouse workers who in turn distribute the returned CDs on the black market or to used record stores. The class action law suit will take in to effect in one to two weeks. CNBC will be profiling the suit and investigation this Friday after market close.
