Big block sells nearing the close. at. 15:54pm, three 10000 shares block sells on sell side. 5 block sells of 5k-8k. Clearly institutions are selling while brokerages are upgrading. Bad sign. Some brokerages upgrade the stock not because it is good, just because they have shares. Some one is dumping the shares while upgrading.
