Additionally, on Feb. 21, 2000, the company filed with the British Columbia Securities Commission a Form 23 notice of intention to sell and declaration pursuant to Section 136 of the securities rules regarding its control position over certain securities it beneficially owns. Doesn't this mean that they are considering selling the 'shell' of TDC?
