Ah, a volunteer! Are you using Monday's opening "ask" to start your T/FIF-tailored "euro" portfolio?

<g>

For both 1998 and 1999, "biotech's best investor(s)" came from among the ranks of SI biofreaks. However, in 2000, there are hundreds of quick-draw artists out there who are riding the sector with every bit of success imaginable. Who has a strategy to assure that SI biotech will remain ahead of the curve? Who has a winning strategy for 2000?

Aside from our first volunteer, that is.

The only strategy that I can come up with is (1) continue long with selected stocks that are undervalued by any measure, (2) retain dry powder for rotation, dotcom-like, to subsector after subsector, and (3) short selected issues that have gone too far too fast.

Someone else go first. Let me know if the water is cold.
