Looks like Mo's damage control release is working. My experience with goverment agencies is that nobody likes to take responsibility for decisions. The hiearchy and bureaucracy evident in the TRO follows this pattern.
I truly wonder how prepared they (TN) were for this take-over. I agree, "courts are almost always prepared to believe the state's position over the company's", however, still living in US of A, the state will have to prove their case while maintaining legal procedures and constitutional rights. I've seen too many cases thrown out because of protocol.
Furthermore, whether right or wrong, I'd put my money on a highly paid, free enterprising, corporate lawyer than a civil servant, G-xx type, government laywer who takes home the same $$ regardless of outcome.
Anyways, how about a Role Call. I still have a few shares. Aside from everyone's 5% dividend ;~) anyone else in for this ride?
