I think it's going to be longer than the end of May. Lane estimates start of continuous operations at the end of May. Useful data on sustained production rates and costs won't be available until some time later (assuming all goes according to schedule...).

I agree with Lane's comments on the importance of sustained production.

My guess is that most of the new shorts are related to SOLV's recent stock offering, i.e., new stockholders hedging their bets.
