I traded out early this morning. Got 145.50 for 1/2 and 146.25 for the other 1/2. After hours shows it right on 140, the support line where it broke out, so technically still OK. I actually briefly thought about buying more here, but believe AMZN is a better buy for the near term. What makes me a little nervous here is not the story, but the lack of punch. Many stocks are punching through trendlines to the upside powerfully, with big up days. Take ILUM, for instance. Got that @ 53 1/4 last Tuesday. Got WIND yesterday @ 50 1/4. PHCM broke through resistance @ 140 like it was going to go, and traded up to 153 before tanking over the last 2 days. The latter bespeaks either (a)lack of enough + investor sentiment (currently) or (b) something else we don't know about, although I'm not implying anything sinister. Will watch for now.
