announced that Marvin S. Berger has been named Executive Vice President of
Business Development.

Berger comes to Webzter from MedCom USA where he was Executive Vice President of

subsidiary. Berger has over 30 years experience in the computer and
telecommunications industry and previously has held senior executive positions
