WCAP In my post on WCAP earlier today, I made a stupid mistake: WCAP holds 502,570 shares of CMRC, not 184,190. I forgot that CMRC recently executed a three-for-one split, and also should assume that WCAP sold the 150,000 shares (post-split) that it announced in its 15 January 2000 Form 144 Planned Sale filing. Message 13002634 Also, WCAP portfolio companies with have filed to go public include Eprise Corporation (underwriters: Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Dain Rauscher Wessels, Wit Soundview) and ScreamingMedia (underwriters: Credit Suisse First Boston, Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Dain Rauscher Wessels).
