I was never one of those people who saw the glass as half full...Always half empty to me!
A couple of weeks back I posted that a reverse split wouldn't be so bad if it gets TSIG to the NASDAQ quicker, but I honestly thought that the price would be higher then it is now when it was mentioned.
IMO, the words reverse split have such a negative connotation to them. I feel that tomorrow is key here. If people are concerned about a possible RS we could see a major sell off. The opposite tends to be true with a forward split. VNCA announced a 15-1 forward split a little over a week ago. The price soared from about .75 to $20.00 a share in 2 trading days. It closed today over $12
With all the positive posts that I have been reading, I'm wondering if there is another way to reduce the number of shares without a reverse split because it seems that people are a little bit too happy about this latest PR.
We know how there are some of us who are in the know before others, don't we?
