If CPY trades on March 1, 2000, IMHO its low should not be lower than $3.60 (and this would entail a market rejection of the news), its first resistance may be around $5 and it should not exceed $7. All of which is predicated upon fibonacci retracements from historical levels (query: how relevant can what happened to a penny stock between 1994 and 1998 be - answer: perhaps a little more than nothing as I understand CPY has been in the business for a while unlike the emerging "superconsolidated mining corporations" now renaming themselves "howestreet.coms".

It should be interesting.

Tony
