I am told that the SEC finished their portion of the trial yesterday. Solvex then asked for a summary judgement but the judge said she couldn't do it as she had not read a lot of the motions that had been filed with the courts (she was not up to date).
Solvex started their portion of the trial yesterday and is expecting to end tomorrow. I have no idea how long it will take the judge to render her decision. I don't know if she will have to read all the motions that have been filed or if she will be able to give a judgement based on what was presented at trial.
I hope we get a judgement in the near future. I am tired of waiting 60 or 90 days for something every time.

Crossing my fingers
