Interesting. I remember wondering the same thing several months ago. Our rep in Russia at that time (don't remember who it was, but I believe it was a different person), also was not expected to report until he arrived in person. Gee, maybe he has a contract in his hot little hand which has to be signed in person? (Hope springs eternal........._
