Question: HKT is listed on the NYSE and in Hong Kong. Now Richard has 2 Hong Kong listings and 1 NYSE slot. Could he do a reverse, change name and list PCCW on NYSE? Wonder if NYSE has rules forbidding this?

It seems reasonable that HKT would have to be the company to swallow PCCLF, in order to do that. Somehow, it would seem that they could legally do something to keep the listing and use it for PCCW. Would definitely help the stock. Then they could move to the Nasdaq, even better -- the best! Still keeping listing in Hong Kong as 8.
