Ed, I hope it will go further than the so called "saber rattling"
and a little war will go a long way in many aspects.

As sarcastric as it may sound a war now with real and
many losses will be very healthy for the world at large
and the continuation of civilization in it's natural form.

I know many will disagree but if one analyses history,
wars always were refreshing for humans.......like the
natural selection in the animal world.

If not for wars, for example, we will be under the rule
of the English or may be under the rule of Napoleons
grand grand son, not to mention the Spanish.

Aside just think how many new products were invented or
perfected due to WWI, WWII or the Cold War, which are now
in wide use....telephone, radio, radar, microwave, CDMA....
heath care accesories for injuries, automotive safety,
flight safety and the list goes on and on.
