How do you amass a small position in OAIS/FXWA??? Start with a large one. Ha Ha IMHO it is amazing that any thinking person (or NUOA) would have given a dime to Oasis. In the summer of 1998, at least one brokerage operation (probably the subject of "Boiler Room") pumped up OAIS to unsuspecting victims at prices as high as $12.00. In the fall of 1998 and spring of 1999 the price freefall dipped below a dollar and several victims sought relief through the SEC against the broker(s). The broker settled/refunded those, but the fact that OAIS had nothing more than a leveraged truckstop in the middle of the desert was becoming public knowledge. Apart from their ill advised deal with OAIS/FXWA, NUOA seems stable over the past year or so. Invest in OAIS at your own peril. Do your DD. *** Note: please insert "allegedly" and "IMHO" as needed.
