Look for some of CVCI's tech talent to possibly jump ship here. CVCi will be a SUBSIDIARY of VECo. This is exactly the kind of development that can make the key engineering people who have helped bring them this far, to take their vested $$ and head for better pastures.

Not a certainty, but definately something to be concerned about.
