This looked like some good news.. infocastfn.com 10:35 PCCW (1186) & Cheung Wah (0648) invest $156 M in Goodwill (0378) (Infocast News) Cheung Wah Development (0648), which was listed through backdoor-listing by PCCW (1186) and Softbank, announced to invest in Goodwill Investment (0378). PCCW and Cheung Wah Development will acquire 65 million new shares in Goodwill respectively at $1.2 per share for a total investment of $156 million. Cheung Wah will acquire Goodwill shares upon completion of Softbank's acquisition of 1.0525 billion shares in Cheung Wah which will be renamed as Softbank Investment International (Strategic) Ltd soon.
