LONG EGRP but read this... yikes! Etrade gave my mother her account number and password... I used it and it logged me into an account of someone neither of us ever heard of and they had thousands and thousands of dollars.. i could have bought some worthless penny in their account but of course i called and reported it... but get this.. the Etrade rep gave me a hard time and said it was no big deal and wouldnt let me talk to a manager either... I sure hope they dont give out my username and pw on accident.. sad thing is that my mom first got the username oNLY... and i told her to call back.. the next rep gave her the SAME username and this time gave her a password... and like i said it ended up being for someone else's account!! YIKES!!!
