Listen Tippet... If I thought that Michael Dell was one to sit on his laurels and stagnate, I would agree with you. But clearly he has shown him ability to re-invent himself, his business, and think outside of the box (no pun intended).

I, also, am a big believer in set-top box technology and have been for years (read my comments on MUCP). There is a HUGE market out there for both PC's and set-tops. But in the office, it will be PCs that rule, not set-tops.

The PC market may level off in the US, but I believe that DELL, of all companies out there, will reinvent itself. The issue is what time frame is required.

But for the short-term, the technicals are turning upward on all three major time frames, hourly, daily (we'll know tomorrow), and weekly. The trend is clearly upward and to go against that trend will cost short-sellers money.

Regards,

Ron
