I don't think distribution of the shares will have much of an effect on Agilent. Never seemed to hurt Lucent. If that was a problem I think people would have already figured that out back in November. People will want to own A for the long haul. Unless they need the money the very next day, then they'd be foolish to sell. This company deserves a market cap of at least 150 billion. Cisco was the stock to own in the 90's, Agilent will be the one to own in this decade. Just hang on for the ride. But I guess we need something to talk about don't we. Funds will be buying this one for a core holding. That is all.
