Trevor, this concern I have is that there are many aspects of the mining
industry that regular shareholders have no need to know about as they
do not enter into the determination of the buy/hold/sell decisions.

Not to say that they do not decide success or failure of the company,
but hopefully they are side issues that the shareholders do not have
to monitor and check on if the President and officers of the company are
working for all shareholder value, along with the parallel quest of a
continuation of the company.

But once an area foreign to the average shareholder is mentioned in a
press release, then to me its an obligation of the company to explain it.

Here I have a concern, as in the latest releases was the following.

<<Additionally, on Feb. 21, 2000, the company filed with the British Columbia
Securities Commission a Form 23 notice of intention to sell and declaration
pursuant to Section 136 of the securities rules regarding its control
position over certain securities it beneficially owns.>>

Following the above declaration other posters on this thread have made
comments about it that may or not be accurate, and may be misleading,
so I hope that Dave Webb would post onto this thread a clarification
of what this means so that a general understanding is obtained
so that the following posts can be examined to obtain a clear input.

<<To: Doug A K

...and it seems that when a form 23 is filed by any other companies
I have checked out it shows up on Sedar the next day. It would be
interesting to know if a company is going to possibly turn some assets
into cash. If it was a meaningful amount this might affect the share price.>>

Doesn't this mean that they are considering selling the 'shell' of TDC?>>

Need Dave Webb to reply to this posts as they both deliver a negative
impression of Tyhee's activity. My guess is that they have been posted
to create a false distrustful image of Tyhee to shareholders,
rather than legit concerns. Agenda = to badmouth tyhee.
